In keeping with our core value of keeping things Simple (and yet still keep the lawyers happy…enough…) we have worked to craft our Terms and Conditions to be reasonable for both parties. We believe in protecting our customers data and also protect what our people (not bots) have worked hard to create here, so you should find a balanced set of Terms & Conditions. We do keep historic copies of our terms below, but by using our software, you are agreeing to the current terms (we have to work hard to keep up with all of the changes too!). Thank you.
