Waterly is an asset and data management solution for utilities. This demo covers starting an asset management program for water utility systems.
The Assets Dashboard displays scheduled work for the day, upcoming preventative maintenance, monthly calendar with assigned work orders, and shift notes from the team. Assigned work displays with open items marked in orange where users can edit, add details, man hours, and complete tasks. Shift notes provide communications about daily or previous shift work and items needing attention. The calendar shows the month's activities including preventative maintenance items, work orders, and recurring tasks. The dashboard includes personal shortcuts to frequently used reports and charts, and key performance indicators. The dashboard is customizable.
The Asset Structure uses map and 360 views to organize and locate assets. Users click on assets on the map to access details. Each asset includes images, tags, hour readings, SCADA information, and shift notes. Open work orders and preventative maintenance are available for each asset. Users can view preventative maintenance workflows and work order history. Asset documentation including PDFs, links, and documents can be uploaded and accessed in the field from mobile devices.
Shift Notes track communications for each asset from team members. Work Orders create tasks for specific assets, capturing details including parts, man hours, and priority. The Work Order dashboard displays open work orders in a table where users can access, edit, and complete items. Completed work orders are stored for reference.
Creating a Work Order involves selecting a facility from a dropdown menu, selecting an asset system, selecting the specific asset, filling out required fields with additional information, selecting date, time, and priority. Work Orders can be assigned to staff members with reminders and linked documents. Established workflow templates can be linked such as oil change or water main repair templates. Notifications can be sent immediately to assigned individuals.
Preventative Maintenance schedules maintenance in advance for pumps, valves, meters, and vehicles with recurring tasks that automatically populate and notify assigned teammates. PM Configuration allows creation of custom maintenance checklists and forms. Upcoming preventative maintenance items are displayed and filtered. Preventative maintenance can be scheduled for all asset types including fleet maintenance for vehicles and equipment.
Inventory tracking organizes parts by type and filters by quantity, location, and associated assets. Details include price and provider information. Parts can be organized by manufacturer with reference information and sorted by associated asset categories with usage notes.
