2025 at a Glance:

Growth only matters if it’s rooted in real work. In 2025, Waterly continued to grow because utilities across the country are trusting the platform to manage the data that runs their systems.

As of December 2025 Waterly has…

What began as the OG Waterly app has now grown to a full toolkit for utility operations.

In 2025, Waterly expanded from 2 products to 4, and gave each one a clear role, new icon, and updated name so it’s easier for your team to know what does what.

The OG Waterly Application - Designed to simplify daily rounds.

Rounds is Waterly’s daily operations hub, built to replace clipboards and spreadsheets with fast, clean digital data entry. Operators use Rounds to record readings, track tasks, and review history in one place, wherever they are.

After being added to the Waterly platform a year ago, Assets has quickly become one of the favorite applications among operators.

With easy-to-use work orders and PMs, Assets modernizes asset tracking and maintenance management. Become proactive instead of reactive with Assets.

Analytics allows you to do more with your water data. This new tool turns operational data into clear dashboards and insights that support planning, reporting, and leadership decisions.

Among other projects, Analytics is currently supporting the AWWA M36 Water Loss framework, allowing the platform to perform daily water loss/nonrevenue water calculations.

Waterly Samples provides comprehensive sampling framework, scheduling, digital chain-of-custody, confidence in sample collection SOP, and lab workflows into one place — reducing paperwork and compliance stress.

Looking Forward

As we close out 2025, we’re proud of what we’ve built, and how we built it.

Waterly grew this year because we stayed grounded in the field, listened closely to you, and focused on delivering tools that solve real problems. We expanded the platform, added new capabilities, welcomed experienced leaders, and continued replacing clipboards and spreadsheets with systems operators can trust.

Most importantly, we did it without losing who we are or the trust you’ve placed in us.

We remain a team of water and wastewater professionals building practical, reliable software for the people who keep systems running and communities safe. With a strong team, a growing platform, and a clear focus on real-world utility operations, we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store.
